Hi, I’m Ethan. I’m an online coach and personal trainer based in Gloucester. I help men and women torch body fat without making them sacrifice the foods they love or give up fun times with friends and family.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Custom training programme with hands on support throughout your fitness journey to ensure you reach your goals faster.

1:1 ONLINE COACHING

Custom training programme based on you and your lifestyle so you can get maximum impact from every session.

NUTRITION COACHING

Bespoke nutrition programming and coaching so you can work towards your goal without a “diet” being the centre of your life. No more yo-yo diets.

Weekly check-ins – every week you’ll give me feedback and progress reports and I’ll adjust your programme and give advice to you accordingly, plateaus will be a thing of the past because we’ll keep making the adjustments to keep you moving forward.

Daily direct support from me, last minute meal plans or change to travel arrangements don’t worry, let me know and we’ll adjust your programme to make it work. Struggling with motivation, need to talk through a particular exercise or challenge your facing, simply send me a DM and I’ll help you through it.

Resource library so you can gain all the insights and experience to never need another coach or diet. My goal is to give you all the information you need during our time together so that eventually you can go at it alone with no fear of rebounding.

Everything you get from me is based on our initial consultation and your specific situation, challenges and goals.
