I always love the “about me” page on websites because they’re written in the third person …even though they’re typically written by the coach themself.

So after Ethan Harris made several attempts to sound smarter than he really is by writing about himself in the third person, he quickly abandoned that approach and decided to write this page like it was a letter to a friend.

Which …in many ways, it is. Anyway – what do you want to know?

I’m 24 years old. I live in Gloucester with my Girlfriend, Lucy. We have 2 cats called Rambo and Leo.

I’m guessing that’s not the kind of stuff you’re looking for. You’re probably wondering, Is This Guy Worth My Time And Attention?

For many readers, my answer is NO. If you’re here looking for the latest fad diet or extreme exercise trend I can’t help you!

But I’m guessing you’re here because you’re over that stuff now… And you just want to know the right way to go about getting slimmer and more toned. 

Yeah you’d like it to happen quickly but you’d like it to be at least somewhat enjoyable and long lasting would be nice too right?

That’s my jam – I coach! That’s my job

It’s something I’ve been doing since 2015. First as a Kickboxing coach to teach children self defence and the importance of self belief. They’d be able to grow up with the confidence to pursue their own future goals and aspirations too! 

Then later as a personal trainer, working with clients as my side gig. Before I could eventually afford to go all in on it and effectively do what I loved and what I was truly good at for a living.

My philosophy is pretty simple

Bespoke evidence based training and nutrition programming which factors in the reality of being a busy working adult,

And daily coaching, support, accountability and adjustments.

A big thank you to you 👏👏👏 I really didn’t think anything was going to turn around my mind set but you have! Started at 173.6 and now 167.4, but the best bit is my change of relationship with food. Of course there are still meals to be had and wine to be drunk but it’s going to be a treat and not knock me off my path. A huge thank you!!

(1 week into joining Project Ember). I signed up as I put on two stone over lockdown. The exercise bit was great as it fitted in with my life. I lost an amazing 7lbs in weight, have an inch on my waist, 4.5 inches of the top of my legs and 5 inches off my hips. Thank you so much Ethan.
